These bi/monthly roundtables provide a platform for CKCA members who are engaged in HR Management or People and Culture within their companies to come together to discuss issues impacting your business.
What you get:
- Four facilitated sessions with discussion with Shannon Pearson, Reform IQ
- Two "Ask me anything" sessions with Shannon and HR and Human Rights lawyer, Richard B. Johnson, Ascent Employment Law. This will be a unique opportunity to bring questions forward in a small group discussions.
These sessions are not recorded. We hope these sessions are informative to help you gain more insights of how other companies are managing HR plus get insights from HR experts.
Come with your questions, get ready for great discussion. All members categories are eligible to attend. We recommend the designated HR person in your company will benefit the most from these session. Yes, you can send more than one HR rep to these sessions. Your company must be a CKCA member in good standing
