If you book your accommodation outside these dates you may be subject to rate changes and pending availability. Please contact the hotel directly at the above number should you wish to modify your reservation.
Rooms available first come first served.
Flights: If you are flying in, please note that transportation is provided from Blum Headquarters in Mississauga to Waterloo on the evening of September 28th only (please refer to program). We will provide one drop off to all airports on Saturday, October 1 departing the hotel at 2:20 PM stopping at Waterloo and Hamilton and then Pearson. Please give yourself a generous amount of time to get to the airport (in particular Pearson).

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may do so and receive a full refund any time up to August 31st, 2022 minus an administrative fee of $125 plus tax. Please email info@ckca.ca. There are no refunds issued after this date. If you do cancel, please remember to also cancel your guestroom as you will be responsible for any cancellation fees with the hotel.
NOTE: Due to ongoing COVID-19 risks, in the event that the Delta Hotel Waterloo is unable to provide services due to a force majeur such as government regulations restricting travel to the area etc, then the above CKCA cancellation policy will change. For all other services (hotel accommodation, flight, etc.) please refer to their cancellation policies.
